About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure follow-up on daily store activities
  • Educate team members on products, promotions, and brand standards
  • Drive daily sales targets and improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
  • Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, and markdown processes
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to meet store deadlines and maintain cleanliness and recovery standards
  • Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of total retail experience
  • Previous store leadership experience is preferred
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers and team members
  • A proactive approach to tasks with high attention to detail
  • A passion for retail and creating memorable shopping experiences
