About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Oversee all opening and closing procedures and ensure store deadlines are met
  • Educate team members on products, promotions, and visual presentation
  • Drive daily sales targets and improve personal key performance indicators
  • Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to maintain cleanliness and recovery standards
  • Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of total retail experience
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for driving team results
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexible work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a store leadership role
