About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Oversee all opening and closing procedures and ensure store deadlines are met
- Educate team members on products, promotions, and visual presentation
- Drive daily sales targets and improve personal key performance indicators
- Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to maintain cleanliness and recovery standards
- Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention
Requirements
- 2–3 years of total retail experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for driving team results
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a store leadership role
