About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Oversee all opening and closing procedures and ensure follow-up on daily activities
- Educate team members on products, promotions, and visual presentation
- Drive daily sales targets and improve personal key performance indicators
- Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
- Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize store deadlines and tasks
- Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of total retail experience
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Email
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- At least an A Level, Diploma, or above
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a store leadership or supervisory role
- Proficiency in languages other than English
