About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Oversee all opening and closing procedures and ensure follow-up on daily activities
  • Educate team members on products, promotions, and visual presentation
  • Drive daily sales targets and improve personal key performance indicators
  • Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
  • Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize store deadlines and tasks
  • Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of total retail experience
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Email
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • At least an A Level, Diploma, or above

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a store leadership or supervisory role
  • Proficiency in languages other than English
