About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Oversee all opening and closing procedures and meet store deadlines
- Educate team members on products, promotions, and brand values
- Drive daily sales targets and improve personal key performance indicators
- Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure efficient daily building activities
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual presentation, and recovery standards
- Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention
Requirements
- 2–3 years of total retail experience
- Previous store leadership experience is preferred
- Flexibility to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers and teams
- A proactive approach to tasks with high attention to detail
- A passion for retail and creating memorable shopping experiences
