About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Oversee all opening and closing procedures and meet store deadlines
  • Educate team members on products, promotions, and brand values
  • Drive daily sales targets and improve personal key performance indicators
  • Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure efficient daily building activities
  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual presentation, and recovery standards
  • Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of total retail experience
  • Previous store leadership experience is preferred
  • Flexibility to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers and teams
  • A proactive approach to tasks with high attention to detail
  • A passion for retail and creating memorable shopping experiences
