About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure follow-up on daily activities
- Educate team members on products, promotions, and brand knowledge
- Drive daily sales targets and collaborate with management to improve KPIs
- Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and visual presentation
- Maintain store cleanliness, recovery standards, and adherence to asset protection policies
Requirements
- 2–3 years of total retail experience
- Previous experience in a store leadership role is preferred
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and staff
- Proactive approach to tasks with high attention to detail
- A passion for retail and creating memorable shopping experiences
