About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure follow-up on daily activities
  • Educate team members on products, promotions, and brand knowledge
  • Drive daily sales targets and collaborate with management to improve KPIs
  • Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and visual presentation
  • Maintain store cleanliness, recovery standards, and adherence to asset protection policies

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of total retail experience
  • Previous experience in a store leadership role is preferred
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and staff
  • Proactive approach to tasks with high attention to detail
  • A passion for retail and creating memorable shopping experiences
