About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales and profitability
- Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Ensure the store is customer-ready and aligned with brand visual merchandising standards
- Support operational excellence by following company policies and procedures
- Monitor key KPIs and actively contribute to achieving store targets
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands
- Fluency in both German and English
- Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership mindset
