Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, spare parts, and consumables
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests to prevent shortages
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and quality documents
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams for material issuance
• Organize warehouse layout and ensure FIFO, FEFO, and batch traceability
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification
• Lead and supervise store assistants, warehouse operators, and material handlers
• Ensure accurate data entry in ERP/MRP systems and generate inventory reports
• Maintain compliance with EHS guidelines and warehouse safety standards

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in store and inventory management within manufacturing
• Experience in zipper manufacturing, apparel accessories, garment trims, or textiles preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Management
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methodologies and WMS
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting
