Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in all aspects of retail operations, including inventory management, scheduling, staffing, and cleanliness
• Partner with the Store Manager and HQ to execute the brand vision and opening/operating procedures
• Help recruit, train, and lead the location staff while holding the team accountable for results
• Analyze key performance metrics to provide guidance for achieving market goals and profitability targets
• Report on store results and identify new operational efficiencies

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous retail management or supervisor experience
• Proven comfort working in fast-paced environments
• Must have open availability for the duration of the seasonal pop-up term
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Solutions-oriented and business-minded approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Shopify
