Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the management team to deliver KPIs and implement profit opportunities
- Implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets to improve overall store performance
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating management
- Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration, and rotas
- Enhance the customer journey by offering exceptional 1-2-1 service
- Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through consistent training, coaching, and product knowledge
Requirements
- Availability for a 12-month maternity cover contract
- Strong customer service skills and experience efficiently managing a team
- Proven track record of developing and growing retail staff
- Experience driving retail KPIs and sales targets
- Solid understanding of general store operations
