Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established performance goals and KPIs
• Supervise the store team and assume responsibility for operations in the absence of a manager
• Model excellent customer service behaviors and train staff on "Connect, Consult and Close" standards
• Execute flawless visual merchandising and maintain store housekeeping standards
• Assist in training new hires on company culture, product knowledge, and selling practices
• Manage inventory processes, including receiving, ticketing, and physical inventory counts
• Contribute to expense control and follow all loss prevention programs

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail or supervisory experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required for retail operations
