About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
- Implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets to improve overall store performance
- Monitor team performance and KPIs through regular reporting and updates to management
- Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration, and rotas
- Ensure an exceptional customer journey by providing high-quality 1-2-1 service
- Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through consistent training, coaching, and product knowledge
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and experience efficiently managing a team
- Proven track record of developing and growing team members
- Experience working within retail to drive KPIs and sales targets
- Solid understanding of general store operations
