Responsibilities

  • Support and deputise for the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
  • Implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets to improve overall store performance
  • Monitor team performance and KPIs through regular reporting and updates to management
  • Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration, and rotas
  • Ensure an exceptional customer journey by providing high-quality 1-2-1 service
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through consistent training, coaching, and product knowledge

  • Proven track record of developing and growing team members
  • Experience working within retail to drive KPIs and sales targets
