About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
- Implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets to improve overall store performance
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating management
- Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration, and rotas
- Ensure an exceptional customer journey by offering high-quality 1-2-1 service
- Inspire, motivate, and develop the styling team through continuous training, coaching, and product knowledge

- Proven experience in efficiently managing a retail team
- A successful track record of developing and growing team members
