Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established performance goals and KPIs such as Conversion and UPT.
• Model exceptional customer service behaviors and train staff on the "Connect, Consult and Close" sales standards.
• Assume responsibility for store operations and team leadership in the absence of a manager.
• Assist in the training, development, and retention of store staff to ensure high performance and brand alignment.
• Execute flawless visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to maintain brand integrity.
• Manage operational excellence, including inventory management, loss prevention, and expense control.
• Lead the merchandising team in completing RFID-enabled inventory processes and floor replenishment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide clear direction and coach others for improvement.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform various store tasks as required.
