Responsibilities

• Maximise in-store sales and drive commercial results
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build brand loyalty
• Monitor stock levels and ensure profit protection
• Manage merchandising, space, and product displays to stimulate customer interest
• Oversee HR tasks by ensuring consistency and fairness in employee treatment
• Participate in training and recruitment activities to develop team skills
• Control day-to-day expenses and manage P&L
• Maintain property standards and ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety provisions
• Assist in forward planning for efficient unit operation

Requirements

• Experience managing and motivating a team of Sales Assistants
• Previous experience in fashion retail is ideal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised with a customer-focused attitude
