Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer experience by coaching the team and resolving issues professionally
• Drive sales and KPIs through performance analysis and merchandising support
• Coach and develop the team via on-the-job training and feedback
• Manage rotas and support the creation of an inclusive team culture
• Lead product launches, in-store activations, and stock replenishment
• Maintain premium visual merchandising and health & safety standards
