Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure district profitability by meeting sales and utility budgets for assigned stores.
• Maintain a healthy operational cost structure against established budgets.
• Conduct district RED meetings and manage merchandise transfers between stores.
• Monitor and manage the performance of store staff and commission agents.
• Analyze control tools and reports (DIGITEM, Control depósitos, AVT, AMC) to detect and correct deviations.
• Implement commercial strategies based on micro-market needs and communicate national strategies to stores.
• Oversee store maintenance requests via the GIM platform and manage incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with government inspections, permits, and licenses.
• Manage inventory tasks including cyclical counts, waste management, and supplier returns.
• Validate the execution of POP material, guides, and store planograms.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in retail or convenience store operations.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage teams.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and operational management.
