Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational and administrative tasks of assigned business units
• Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets
• Lead and manage store teams to ensure high performance and service standards
• Oversee inventory control and ensure correct execution of operational processes
• Guarantee adherence to company standards across all assigned locations

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree (preferably in economic-administrative fields)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail supervision, convenience stores, or mass consumption
• Proven experience in personnel management and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of sales indicators and inventory control
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel within the assigned zone
