Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure district profitability by meeting sales and utility budgets.
• Maintain a healthy operating cost structure against established budgets.
• Conduct district RED meetings and manage store operations through established systems and policies.
• Execute merchandise transfers between stores via authorized requests.
• Monitor the performance and behavior of store staff and commission agents.
• Analyze control tools and reports (DIGITEM, Deposit Control, AVT, AMC) to detect and correct deviations.
• Establish commercial strategies with store commission agents based on micro-market needs.
• Communicate national and regional commercial strategies to all assigned stores.
• Provide guidance on store operations, equipment needs, and facility requirements.
• Manage inspections and requirements from government institutions, including permits and licenses.
• Ensure new commission agents complete training in designated training stores.
• Report supply incidents to the regional commercial area and manage special orders.
• Handle insurance claims and incidents at any time, including documentation for insurance and bonds.
• Oversee maintenance requests via the GIM platform.
• Perform administrative tasks in the OPEM platform, including inventory validation, point of sale audits, waste management, and planogram execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or incomplete) or 10 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Age between 25 and 45 years old.
