Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assigned stores.
• Lead, motivate, and train store personnel to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Monitor compliance with operational and quality standards.
• Manage inventories and ensure correct merchandise administration.
• Implement and follow up on company policies and procedures.
• Resolve operational incidents or problems occurring within the stores.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding performance, sales, and operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or store supervision.
• Knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
• Availability to work onsite in Celaya.
