Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure district profitability by meeting sales and utility budgets.
• Maintain a healthy operating cost structure against established budgets.
• Supervise and coordinate store operations through systems, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct district RED meetings and monitor store staff performance.
• Analyze control tools and reports (DIGITEM, Control depósitos, AVT, AMC) to detect deviations.
• Establish commercial strategies with store managers based on micro-market needs.
• Ensure effective communication of national and regional commercial strategies to all stores.
• Manage store maintenance requests via the GIM platform and handle insurance claims/incidents.
• Oversee administrative tasks including inventory cycles, POP material execution, and planogram compliance via the OPEM platform.
• Monitor store permits, licenses, and compliance with government inspections.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail or convenience store sector.
• Strong knowledge of retail and convenience business operations.
• Proven leadership, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
