Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 12 to 18 stores to ensure sales goals, service quality, and profitability through constant field supervision.
• Perform regular store visits to supervise operations, customer service, and adherence to company processes.
• Analyze daily sales, utility, and expenses for each branch to identify opportunities and define action plans.
• Control and reduce shrinkage, inventory shortages, and cash discrepancies through audits and point-of-sale process reviews.
• Validate the correct execution of planograms, POP material, and additional displays to ensure commercial image and promotion compliance.
• Analyze system reports (DIGITEM, AVT, and AMC) to detect deviations in key indicators and take corrective actions in the field.
• Coordinate merchandise transfers between stores to ensure supply and maximize sales.
• Respond immediately to emergencies, including incidents, robberies, or authority inspections.
• Follow up on maintenance tickets to guarantee optimal image, security, and hygiene standards.
• Consolidate and report weekly district results and improvement proposals to the Zonal Manager.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or 10 years of relevant experience).
• 5 years of experience in similar management roles within the retail industry.
• Full availability to travel within the assigned zone.
