Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Guarantee compliance with customer service standards and service quality.
• Control and optimize inventory levels and product replenishment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to management.
• Train and motivate the team to improve overall performance and sales.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures.
• Resolve customer incidents or complaints effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or store supervision.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandise control.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's degree in administrative areas preferred).
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to work under pressure and focus on results.
