About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support store personnel in their daily activities
- Monitor compliance with customer service and quality standards
- Coordinate store opening and closing procedures ensuring protocol compliance
- Analyze performance and sales indicators to implement improvement actions
- Manage inventories and ensure correct product replenishment
- Train and motivate the team to improve performance and commitment
- Report operational incidents and results to management
- Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or store supervision
- Knowledge of store operations and inventory management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze indicators and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work onsite in León
