Responsibilities
- Engage clients with exceptional service to build the APM brand
- Foster strong relationships with in-store clients
- Motivate and guide Senior Sales Associates and Sales Associates
- Manage store operations and visual merchandising independently
- Support the Store-in-Charge with sales and operation management, KPI analysis, rostering, CRM, and team management
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial position
- Proven track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM
- Fluency in English
- Teamwork spirit and proactive attitude
- Approachable and customer-service oriented personality
- Immediate availability preferred
