Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers through excellent service to build strong relationships and grow brand value
- Support the Store-in-Charge in managing sales, operations, and KPI analysis
- Manage staff schedules and team management
- Oversee visual merchandising and CRM activities
- Motivate and mentor Senior Sales Associates and Sales Associates
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail
- Proven track record in sales performance and CRM management
- Ability to independently manage store operations and visual merchandising
- Fluency in Korean and English (other foreign languages are a plus)
- Strong teamwork, proactive attitude, and customer-centric mindset
