Store Stock Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage stock room operations and ensure efficient product replenishment to support the shopping experience
• Review store sales and KPIs to identify sales opportunities in partnership with the Store Manager
• Ensure daily replenishment is completed efficiently and accurately
• Train store associates on stock management guidelines and standards
• Maintain organized stock rooms and ensure products are well-displayed, assorted, and tagged
• Provide support to the shop floor team as needed

Requirements

• Relevant experience in stock operations
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing store operational demands
