Responsibilities
- Create genuine connections with customers and deliver exceptional 1:1 service
- Share product knowledge and styling advice to help customers find their perfect fit
- Support store operations including till operation, fitting rooms, and stock management
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals
