About the role
Responsibilities
- Create effective relationships with customers by proposing products based on their needs
- Replenish shelves and position merchandise correctly
- Handle department decoration, signage, and order compilation in support of the Department Head
- Manage stock variations and returns
- Inform customers about in-store promotions and handle requests or issues
Requirements
- Knowledge of product assortment and customer needs
- Understanding of commercial KPIs and sales techniques
- Excellent relational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and problem-solving mindset
- Availability to work shifts and on holidays
