Store Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create effective relationships with customers by proposing products based on their needs
• Replenish shelves and position merchandise correctly
• Handle department decoration, signage, and order compilation in support of the Department Head
• Manage stock variations and returns
• Inform customers about in-store promotions and handle requests or issues

Requirements

• Knowledge of product assortment and customer needs
• Understanding of commercial KPIs and sales techniques
• Excellent relational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and problem-solving mindset
• Availability to work shifts and on holidays
