Store Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding products, memberships, and special ticket sales
• Maintain store visual standards in collaboration with management and merchandising teams
• Promote REI goods, services, and memberships through active engagement
• Support store pick-up operations, including receiving and processing products
• Follow all loss prevention and safety procedures
• Maintain organized merchandise on the sales floor

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively within a team
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Retail store experience is preferred
