Store Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and create experiences that exceed expectations
• Guide customers to the right solutions through product knowledge and active listening
• Contribute to campaigns, activities, and current offers
• Maintain a well-organized, inviting, and high-quality store environment
• Assist customers with subscriptions, hardware, and billing inquiries

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in Swedish (spoken and written)
• High level of drive, engagement, and discipline
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer contact (customer service or sales)
• Experience in retail or telephone-based sales
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques
