Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to brand customers
• Handle post-sales customer service
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base
• Manage and organize stock, system operations, returns, and exchanges
• Restock store shelves and display pieces
• Maintain organization, assembly, and cleanliness of window displays
• Participate in internal training to become a product specialist
• Follow company guidelines and international store standards

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Clear and receptive communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
• Availability to work a 6x1 shift schedule
