Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing processes
• Assist in various departments such as consumer service, product knowledge, and visual presentation
• Promote loyalty programs and maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards
• Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Possess at least SPM / O Level or above
• 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to operate a POS system
