Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions and ideas
• Assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management
• Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, and markdown processes
• Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older
• Possession of at least O Level or above
• 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
• Ability to operate retail Point of Sale systems
