Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, world-class customer service to every consumer
• Educate customers on Crocs products, promotions, and store events
• Support daily store operations including POS, replenishment, pricing, and markdowns
• Assist with visual presentation, stock room organization, and cleanliness standards
• Help maintain loyalty program promotion, inventory control, and asset protection compliance

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• SPM / O Level or above
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to use retail POS systems
• Able to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment
• Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
