Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing processes
• Assist in various departments such as consumer service, product placement, and stock room management
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual presentation, and recovery standards
• Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Possess at least O Level qualification or above
• 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, weekends, and Public Holidays
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
• Ability to operate a retail Point of Sale (POS) system
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
