Store Planner

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze store and web performance across multiple departments to determine assortment and allocation strategies
• Utilize proprietary reporting platforms to analyze large datasets to identify business opportunities and risks
• Allocate merchandise at the style, color, and size level based on historical and current trend data
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchant Planners and Merchandising to align on inventory strategies
• Maintain proper inventory levels across stores, online, and distribution centers to maximize profitability
• Conduct monthly Open-to-Buy meetings to review sales, forecasts, and inventory levels
• Optimize OMNI channel assortments through style and size rationalization and business analysis

Requirements

• 2-3 years of prior retail or allocation experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising, Business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Strong understanding of Retail Math
• Ability to work with shifting priorities and a sense of urgency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Blue Yonder or similar replenishment systems
