Store Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including binning, pre-loading, issuing, dispatch, and transfer of aircraft spares, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain and update inventory records within the AMOS system to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of discrepancies.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures for handling aircraft materials and tools to prevent damage and ensure serviceability.
• Support inventory control and stock integrity through strict compliance with documentation requirements and internal controls.
• Handle Dangerous Goods (DGR) and Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESDS) materials in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, material planning, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Requirements

• High School leaving Certificate or Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an airline or MRO environment.
• Proven experience in store operations and material handling (spares, tools, and components).
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background and experience using the AMOS system.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
