About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct operational assessments across US stores to evaluate product, service, food safety, and technology compliance
- Provide hands-on training and coaching to team members during store assessments
- Evaluate store systems to ensure strict adherence to Domino's standards and procedures
- Partner with franchisees and marketplace trainers to develop targeted educational programs
- Support the testing and rollout of new innovations and product launches
- Maintain effective communication with marketplace leaders and manage travel and scheduling efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year General Management experience at a Domino's Pizza store (2 years preferred)
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to travel 75-85%, including overnight travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general store technology
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a multi-unit supervisor or Operations Trainer
- Proven history of exceptional operational evaluation scores
- Experience coaching and developing diverse team members
