About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct operational assessments across US stores to evaluate product, service, food safety, and technology compliance
  • Provide hands-on training and coaching to team members during store assessments
  • Evaluate store systems to ensure strict adherence to Domino's standards and procedures
  • Partner with franchisees and marketplace trainers to develop targeted educational programs
  • Support the testing and rollout of new innovations and product launches
  • Maintain effective communication with marketplace leaders and manage travel and scheduling efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year General Management experience at a Domino's Pizza store (2 years preferred)
  • High School Diploma required
  • Ability to travel 75-85%, including overnight travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general store technology
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a multi-unit supervisor or Operations Trainer
  • Proven history of exceptional operational evaluation scores
  • Experience coaching and developing diverse team members
