About the Company

In Common With is a design studio defining a new vocabulary for interiors, where old-world craft meets at-scale manufacturing. In 2024, they opened Quarters, a hybrid retail and hospitality destination in Tribeca that crafts a vision of home through collaborations with the worlds of art and design.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full vintage pipeline from procurement through restoration, photography, pricing, and floor placement
• Oversee all Quarters floor resets, including planning, vendor coordination, and execution
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including freight coordination, shipments, and customs releases
• Source and reorder retail products and manage vendor relationships, including invoicing and delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory records, SKUs, and product data across systems like Shopify
• Coordinate white glove and installation delivery for client orders
• Lead special projects such as renovations and buildouts

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in operations, inventory, logistics, or high-end retail management
• Experience with freight coordination, white-glove delivery, and damage claims
• Advanced proficiency with Shopify or similar ecommerce and inventory management systems
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end inventory workflows and international shipping
• Ability to work on-site in Tribeca, NY to support showroom operations
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
