About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock orders and ensuring product accuracy.
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly for omnichannel orders and stock pullbacks.
- Maintain a tidy and organized back of house in compliance with retail operations standards.
- Perform quality control on all products and report any issues to the store lead.
- Support aftersales processes, including alterations, repairs, and personalization.
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is fully operational and report maintenance needs.
- Handle adhoc administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing stationery orders, and assisting with customer service.
- Assist management with events, visual merchandising, and stock taking.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in core Microsoft software.
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with SAP.
