Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team
• Provide coaching and performance management to foster a positive work environment
• Deliver an engaging guest experience by building emotional connections through product knowledge
• Drive sales results and guest loyalty through rewards programs and company selling strategies
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards and plan-o-grams
• Analyze business metrics to create action plans that drive profitable growth
• Manage inventory, control expenses, and create effective staff schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company policies

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED
• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role (3+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
