About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow up, motivate, and develop employees
- Maintain control and overview of sales and operations
- Ensure good cost control
- Improve, implement, and follow up marketing activities
- Quality assure the implementation of campaigns
- Plan and ensure the implementation of systematic HSE (HMS) work
- Conduct employee interviews
- Staff scheduling
Requirements
- Relevant experience from retail
- Experience from larger warehouses is an advantage
- Proven results in sales and customer service
- Experience with personnel responsibility and leadership
- Desirable experience from the sports industry
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
