Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and motivate a team including 5-8 Shift Leads
• Guide, coach, and develop staff through regular feedback and 1v1 meetings
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including freshness, inventory, and stock management
• Improve store operations in collaboration with the Operations Team to ensure fast delivery
• Monitor shrink levels and control food waste
• Manage shift scheduling and incoming goods
• Oversee store supplies and equipment needs to enable growth
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure optimal product selection

Requirements

• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate others
• Experience in a grocery store environment is a plus
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly
• Proactive, service-minded, and data-driven mindset
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Fluent English
