Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching the team, and managing performance.
• Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, and inventory control.
• Coach and develop leaders and associates, acting as a content expert in brand and operations.
• Manage weekly schedules for leaders and associates to optimize labor hours and profit.
• Maintain brand presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Lead and demonstrate company values while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand.
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action based on insights.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to use retail technology including headsets, mobile devices, and computers.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail leadership experience.
