About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor and personally engaging in selling
- Coach and develop the team through associate observations and performance management
- Ensure operational excellence by managing inventory control and payroll/labor hours
- Maintain brand presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Oversee weekly schedules for leaders and associates
- Lead and demonstrate company values to create an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Proven leadership and coaching experience in a retail environment
- Strong skills in performance management and team development
- Experience with inventory control and visual merchandising
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
