Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor and personally engaging in selling
• Coach and develop the team through associate observations and performance management
• Ensure operational excellence by managing inventory control and payroll/labor hours
• Maintain brand presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Oversee weekly schedules for leaders and associates
• Lead and demonstrate company values to create an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a retail environment
• Strong skills in performance management and team development
• Experience with inventory control and visual merchandising
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
