Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching the team, and personal selling
• Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, inventory control, and payroll management
• Coach and develop leaders and associates to ensure high performance and brand consistency
• Manage weekly schedules for leaders and associates to optimize labor hours and profit
• Maintain brand appearance and presentation by upholding visual merchandising standards
• Conduct associate observations and provide real-time coaching to improve customer experiences

Requirements

• Passion for the Victoria's Secret brand
• Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive brand loyalty
• Experience analyzing business reports and insights to take deliberate action
• Experience selecting, developing, and managing direct reports
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail leadership experience
