About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching the team, and personal selling
- Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, and inventory control
- Coach and develop leaders and associates to ensure high performance and brand consistency
- Manage weekly schedules for leaders and associates to optimize labor hours and profit
- Maintain brand appearance and presentation by upholding visual merchandising standards
- Conduct associate observations and provide real-time coaching to improve customer experiences
Requirements
- Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand
- Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive brand loyalty
- Experience analyzing business reports and insights to take deliberate action
- Experience selecting, developing, and managing direct reports
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- 10+ years of retail leadership experience is preferred
