Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching the team, and personal selling
• Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, inventory control, and payroll management
• Coach and develop leaders and associates to build a high-performing team
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by acting as the Head Coach for the store
• Manage labor hours and business insights to drive profit and results
• Maintain brand presentation and execute floorset mapping and product launches
• Oversee weekly schedules for leaders and associates

Requirements

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand
• Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive loyalty
• Experience analyzing business reports and taking action to achieve results
• Experience selecting, developing, and managing direct reports
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Proficiency with retail technology including headsets, mobile devices, and computers

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail leadership experience
