Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching the team, and managing performance
• Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, and inventory control
• Coach and develop leaders and associates, serving as a content expert in brand and operations
• Manage weekly schedules for leaders and associates to optimize labor hours and profit
• Maintain brand appearance and presentation by upholding visual merchandising standards
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active coaching, zoning, and team selling

Requirements

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret and PINK brands
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action based on insights
• Proven experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
• 10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
