Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor and personally engaging in selling
• Coach and develop the store team, including Customer Experience Managers and Associates
• Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, inventory control, and payroll management
• Manage weekly schedules for leaders and associates to optimize labor hours and profit
• Maintain brand presentation standards and execute floorset mapping and product launches
• Link business insights and reports to actionable results to drive performance

Requirements

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret and PINK brands
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking deliberate action based on insights
• Proven experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
• Proficiency with retail technology including headsets and mobile devices

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail leadership experience
